We believe that everybody has the right to feel safe and included. Over the past 12 months, however, we've seen a significant increase in incidents of customer aggression towards staff at our centres.
We know that we're not alone in tackling this problem, and while we understand that the past few years have been a difficult time for many people, there is simply no level of aggressive behaviour or harassment that is acceptable in our centres.
Our staff are here to help, not to be abused. That's why over the coming weeks you’ll see posters and stickers letting our customers know that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated.
To the overwhelming majority of amazing people who visit our centres: thank you! You play an integral role in creating safe, supportive and inclusive communities within our centre.
